HHM Terms of Services
Helping Hand Movers LLC is committed to providing professional, reliable, and transparent moving services. By scheduling or receiving services from Helping Hand Movers LLC (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms:

LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS
CLAIMS & DAMAGES
1. PAYMENT TERMS
• All services are billed at the agreed hourly rate or quoted estimate.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of the move, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Unpaid balances may result in collection action and additional fees.
2. CLAIMS & DAMAGES
• Damage claims must be submitted in writing after full payment has been made.
• Claims must include clear photos and written descriptions of the alleged damage within 48 hours of move completion.
• The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify any damage before accepting liability.
• Claims lacking time-stamped proof or evidence of damage during the move may be denied.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused or contributed to by non-staff individuals (including family or friends) assisting during the move.
3. LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS
Helping Hand Movers LLC is not responsible for:
• Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
• Furniture made from particleboard, MDF, or pressboard materials.
• Damage to items packed or moved by non-staff.
• Delays due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, or third- party vendors.
4. PROPERTY PROTECTION
• Our crews use mattress bags, moving blankets, and shrink wrap to protect your belongings.
• The Company maintains receipts and documentation verifying protective material use.
5. RESOLUTION PROCESS
• Verified claims will be reviewed and resolved fairly once the service balance has been paid in full.
• Confirmed damages may be addressed through repair, replacement, or partial reimbursement, at the Company’s discretion.
• If payment is withheld or a dispute is made in bad faith, Helping Hand Movers LLC reserves the right to pursue legal or collection action.
6. AGREEMENT
By booking or receiving services from Helping Hand Movers LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and all policies contained herein.
